Blend it Ice cream

We are highlighting businesses here on this blog segment of “Live From District 5”.

Here I interviewed Autumn Harris from Blend It Ice Cream 🍦 . She is a dope leader and leading the way for more black owned food trucks to serve the community. The very first time that I met the owner was at an Annual Neighborhood Block Party held by the Churchill Downs Neighborhood Association, and they were passing out free ice cream! I didn’t get to grab any but I was surprised to see them handing out free ice cream and I thought that it was nice for the kids.

About two weeks later we meet up to record an interview about her and the business, that’s ran right here out of the southside of Lansing.
